Are prices including GST?
No — all prices are in AUD and exclude GST. GST is added at checkout and shown separately on your tax invoice, so you can claim it back.
What if my needs sit between two tiers?
That is what the free discovery call is for. Most engagements need minor scope tweaks — we will write a custom proposal that matches your brief, not one of the boxed tiers.
Can I pay by EFT, bank transfer, or PO?
Yes, for any engagement over $1,000. Email ai@agenticconsciousness.com.au and we will send an invoice with payment details. Quick-start offers under $1,000 are card-only to keep them same-week.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send yours before the discovery call and we will sign it, or use our standard mutual NDA. Nothing you share stays in our hands beyond what the engagement needs.
Who owns the output — prompts, code, documentation?
You do. Once the engagement is delivered and paid, every artefact is yours with no licensing strings. We keep our own internal methodology; you keep your implementation.
How fast can you start?
Quick-start offers (under $1,500) typically start the same week you book. Full engagements begin inside two weeks of signed proposal. Emergency timelines — add 25% and we will talk.
Do you offer refunds?
The discovery call is free. For paid work, if a workshop or audit genuinely delivers no value, tell us before the closing email — we will refund or rework at our cost. We have never had to.
Can I combine multiple quick-start offers?
Yes, and you often should. The Audit + one Sprint is a common combo. Bundle two or more starters and we will cut 10% off the total — just mention it in the discovery call.
